एवं ब्रुवति काकुत्स्थे मुनिर्वाक्यमथाब्रवीत् ।
शृणु राम यथावृत्तं पुरा त्रेतायुगे युगे ।। ७.७६.५१ ।।
English · Meaning
While Kākutstha was speaking thus, the muni then spoke these words: “Listen, Rama, to what happened formerly, in the Tretā-yuga, in the age.” The wording repeats “Tretā-yuga” and “in the age” in the transmitted text.
The unabridged Sanskrit, 645 sargas, every verse numbered kanda.sarga.verse. Not a translation: this is the text every English witness is checked against, and the one the Sarvam pass translates. Whole-edition checksum is pinned through the TOC (corpus:check), not per page.
