A little context helps us investigate. Share the page or book involved and what you expected to happen. Keep passwords, payment details and children's photos out of your message.
Understand photo and device privacy- Orders and gift cards
- Include the order reference if you have one, the chosen format and a short description of the problem. Use the same email address as the order when possible; never send full card numbers.
- A story or language correction
- Name the book, language and page. If you are raising a source question, include the work and passage reference or a public source link. Tell us whether the concern is in the telling, translation or audio.
- A classroom or reading problem
- Tell us your device and browser, the action you tried and what appeared. For classroom questions, include the age band and the reading activity you want to support, without pupils' personal information.
