Terms

These are the terms for using Suno Katha on this website. Using the site or buying from it means you accept them.

Prices and payment

• Prices are shown at checkout in USD, INR, GBP or EUR, and the price you see there is the price you pay. Payments are taken by Stripe; we never see your card.
• Digital books are delivered instantly to your library and the link in your receipt.
• Print copies are on a waitlist. You are not charged for a print copy until it ships.
• Gift cards are paid for at purchase, never expire and are not refundable.

Suno Katha+

• Plus is a monthly or yearly subscription with a 30-day free trial. The first charge is taken when the trial ends, and then at the start of each period, until you cancel.
• Cancel any time from the account page. Plus stays on until the end of the period you have paid for, and no further charge is taken.

Your books and ours

• Kathas made at the desk are yours to read, print and share with your family. The house arcs, art styles and recordings remain ours.
• The stories are pre-authored by the house and checked; they are not scripture and are not presented as such.
• A family photo is sent to the image provider only when you turn on likeness for a book, and is not retained.

Your account

• Accounts belong to a grown-up over eighteen. You are responsible for the PIN and for purchases made on your device.
• You can delete your account from Account → Controls. Your family's cloud data is removed within 30 days; books already paid for cannot be recovered afterwards.
