Refunds and returns

This is the promise for anything you pay for on this website.

• Digital books: delivered instantly. Refundable within 14 days of purchase if the book has not been opened. After that, or once opened, write to us and we will fix it or refund at our discretion.
• Print copies: on a waitlist, not charged until they ship. Damaged or misprinted copies are reprinted free. Personalised prints are not otherwise returnable.
• Plus: 30-day free trial, then monthly or yearly. Cancel any time from the account page; Plus runs to the end of the paid period and there is no further charge. Time already used is not refunded.
• Gift cards: not refundable, never expire.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe, within ten working days. Write to hello@kathasaathi.app with your order number.
