Refunds and returns

This is the promise for anything you pay for on this website.

• Digital books: delivered instantly. Refundable within 14 days of purchase if the book has not been opened. After that, or once opened, write to us and we will fix it or refund at our discretion.
• Print copies: on a waitlist, not charged until they ship. Damaged or misprinted copies are reprinted free. Personalised prints are not otherwise returnable.
• All Books: billed yearly, no free trial. A full refund if you write to us within 14 days of your first payment. After that, cancel any time from the account page; All Books runs to the end of the paid year and there is no further charge. Renewals are not refunded once the new year has started, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
• Gift cards: not refundable, never expire.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe, within ten working days. Write to sunokatha.com@gmail.com with your order number.
